Honouring Trailblazing Actress Pam Grier: The Toronto Black Film Festival is thrilled to honour legendary actress Pam Grier with the 2024 Career Achievement Award. Known as the Queen of Blaxploitation and the first female action hero, Grier's groundbreaking performances have left an indelible mark on cinema, paving the way for greater diversity and representation on screen. Join us for an intimate evening and a screening of the iconic film Foxy Brown at the Isabel Bader Theatre on February 15, 2024, at 7:30 PM.
